Jennifer Oladokun is a dedicated and experienced nursing professional with extensive experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, and community-based elder services. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and is a certified in geriatric care management.  

In her role as COO at Answers For Elders, Jennifer ensures that seniors receive compassionate, comprehensive care while navigating the complexities of senior care systems. She leads interdisciplinary assessments-covering cognitive, medical, physical, environmental, financial, and psycho-social factors-to create tailored care plans. She also provides oversight on critical services including physician coordination, transportation, home care, respite, assisted living placement, end-of-life planning, hospice, and palliative care.

Dakota Beasley LSW, MSW serves as Elder Care Coordinator at Answers for Elders, where she combines advanced training with compassionate, hands-on support for older adults and their families. Holding a Master’s degree in social work and a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Dakota brings both professional expertise and direct care

Holding a Master’s degree in social work and a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Dakota brings both professional expertise and direct caregiving experience to her role.

She coordinates services, develops personalized care strategies, and acts as a vital link between families, caregivers, and healthcare providers. With her strong advocacy skills and commitment to dignity in aging, Dakota helps clients navigate complex needs while ensuring they feel supported, understood, and empowered.

As Office Manager at Answers for Elders, Kimberly Sturge plays a central role in keeping the organization running smoothly. She oversees scheduling, client intake, communications, staff coordination and problem resolution, ensuring that both families and caregivers receive timely support for their needs. Kimberly brings a unique blend of 

As Office Manager at Answers for Elders, Kimberly Sturge plays a central role in keeping the organization running smoothly. She oversees scheduling, client intake, communications, staff coordination and problem resolution, ensuring that both families and caregivers receive timely support for their needs. Kimberly brings a unique blend of expertise to her role, drawing from her Bachelor's degree in Biology, Reiki Master Certification and experience as a hospice Reiki volunteer. This diverse background equips her with a holistic and practical skillset that supports both the day-to-day operations of the office and the needs of the care team. Her warm and approachable demeanor fosters a welcoming environment for clients and their families, allowing the care team to remain focused on delivering exceptional service.

Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending her time in nature between camping adventures and beach trips as well as tending to her garden. She loves to cook and enjoys live music and concerts in addition to spending time with her husband, dogs, guinea pigs and fish. 

 Raphael Oladokun is one of the Owners and Managing Director of Answers for Elders , where he leads the company’s mission to provide compassionate, coordinated care for older adults. A highly skilled telemetry/medical-surgical registered nurse, Raphael holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and is a BLS and ACLS certified practition

 Raphael Oladokun is one of the Owners and Managing Director of Answers for Elders , where he leads the company’s mission to provide compassionate, coordinated care for older adults. A highly skilled telemetry/medical-surgical registered nurse, Raphael holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and is a BLS and ACLS certified practitioner.

He combines his clinical expertise with strong leadership to oversee operations, build community partnerships, and introduce innovative programs that enhance care coordination and client satisfaction. Dedicated to integrity and excellence, Raphael ensures that every family served feels supported, informed, and confident in their care journey.supporting older adults with dignity and care.
